Having just moved into the area I started to shop at Sobey's at Parklawn. Last night I encountered a cashier named UMBERTO that was extremely rude. He basically threw my visa card to me across the counter. I told him that he should always hand the customer back his / her card/ cash etc. He then said " Lady are you having a bad day" ? I said no. I am offended by his then " i do not give a shit " this is what he said to me while yelling the whole time. I asked to speak to a manager. A young man named SEAN approached me to say No managers were present in the store. UMBERTO should be working in a truck stop. He has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. I will never go back there to shop again. 		★☆☆☆☆ Poor
December 11, 2012Poorly managed and always out of stock on many common items.
Put up sale items without putting actual price but misleading statements such as "save up to XXX".
I've never seen such turnover in staff which indicates a poor work environment.
Most staff seem do not seem engaged in their work. 		★★☆☆☆ Fair
September 9, 2012The management doesnt seem to have any inderstanding of customer service. I would not recommend shoppig at this store to anybody. The employees seem to be treated very poorly. A manager named gus has been absolutely no help to me within my last few visits!!
